For the second year in a row, Malibu Beach Inn’s seaside restaurant CBC (Carbon Beach Club) has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2017 Restaurant Awards.

Wine Spectator strives to “recognize restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections, [which] are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers.” The Award of Excellence is bestowed upon restaurants all over the globe who have a list that offer at least 90 selections and provide a top destination for wine lovers.

“We are very proud of this achievement and have enjoyed expanding our wine program over the past few years to include selections from all over the world. We are extremely grateful to Wine Spectator for acknowledging our wine list as second-to-none in an area that features wines from across the globe,” said Gregory Day, President of Hospitality for Mani Brothers Real Estate Group and General Manager at Malibu Beach Inn.

In addition, the same award-winning wine list offered within the restaurant is also available directly on the sand through the property’s exclusive beach service. And as a guest of Malibu Beach Inn you’ll notice that there’s an added in-room selection of wine nestled within the private bar, each bottle hand selected by the on-site sommelier.

All of which ensure that, no matter where you indulge, your meal and evening will be expertly paired.
