This past weekend we had the absolute pleasure of participating in the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival, for the second year in a row. And CBC Chef de Cuisine Ryan Caldwell knocked it out of the park with his Taramasalata on Poppadum Crisp, topped beautifully with red sorrel!
