Malibu Beach Inn Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Malibu Beach Inn gift cards are issued by The Malibu Beach Inn. By purchasing or using a gift card, the cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions.

Use of Gift Cards

  • Gift cards may be redeemed at Malibu Beach Inn for accommodations, dining, spa services, and incidentals directly charged by the hotel.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of check-in or prior to purchase of services.
  • Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively to previously settled charges.

Card Details

  • Gift cards carry no value until activated.
  • Cards are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) only and are not reloadable.
  • Gift cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties.
  • Gift cards do not expire.

Redemption

  • If charges exceed the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid by cash or an accepted credit card.
  • If charges are less than the card balance, the unused balance will remain on the card for future use.
  • Both physical and e-gift cards are accepted. An e-gift card may be presented via printed copy or personal device.

Purchasing

  • Gift cards can be purchased online through Malibu Beach Inn’s official website or directly at the hotel.
  • Corporate gift card inquiries may be directed to our Sales team at gift@malibubeachinn.com.

Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Malibu Beach Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards.
  • Registered cards may be eligible for balance protection; please contact gift@malibubeachinn.com for assistance.

Limitations

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • Shipping is available within the U.S.; gift cards cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  • Depending on your payment method, your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees. Malibu Beach Inn is not responsible for these charges.
