Perched on the sands of Carbon Beach, Carbon Beach Club offers oceanfront dining with unobstructed Pacific views. Dine on our terrace suspended directly over the sand and watch the sunset paint the sky as waves break below. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Pacific coasts, our seasonal menus feature the freshest locally sourced ingredients from One Gun Ranch and nearby farmers’ markets, paired with handcrafted cocktails and award-winning wines.
