Cocktail Recipes

Shake things up in your room with our favorite cocktail recipes—crafted from our private bar collection.

OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey, 1 tsp sugar (or 1/4 oz simple syrup), 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters, water (if using sugar cube), orange peel for garnish

Instructions: In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar and bitters with a splash of water. Add whiskey and a large ice cube. Stir until chilled. Express the orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then add it to the drink.

MARTINI

Ingredients: 2.5 oz gin or vodka, 0.5 oz dry vermouth, dash of orange bitters (optional), lemon twist or olive for garnish

Instructions: Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add gin or vodka, vermouth, and bitters. You could shake this in the cocktail shaker, or stir it in the bottom half of the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold to the touch; Pour over rocks, or, strain into a martini glass. Stir for about 30 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass or pour over rocks. In either preparation garnish as desired.

MANHATTAN

Ingredients: 2 oz rye whiskey, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, brandied cherry or lemon twist for garnish

Instructions: Add whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a peel of Lemon

MARGARITA

Ingredients: 2 oz tequila, 1 oz Cointreau , 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

Instructions: Cut the lime in half. Squeeze either one half or both halves (depending on your taste) into the cocktail shaker. Add the tequila of your choice, the Cointreau, and shake with ice for 30 seconds. Pour over ice or strain into the prepared glass.

NEGRONI

Ingredients: 3 equal parts: Campari, Antica Sweet Vermouth and Gin

Instructions: Fill the bottom half of the cocktails shaker with the spirits. (You can do this one at a time, or use the provided rubber band to band-together the three 50ml units and pour all at once-have fun!). Stir for 30-40 seconds and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Add ¼ of orange, or a large portion of orange peel. Enjoy!

WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 packet of sugar in the raw, and orange slice for garnish

Instructions: In the bottom half of the cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice (slice the lemon in half and squeeze ½ of the lemon into sugar in the raw). Shake without ice (dry shake) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with orange peel.

COSMOPOLITAN

Ingredients: 1.5 oz vodka (citrus preferred), 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz cranberry juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, orange peel for garnish

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.

APEROL SPRITZ

Ingredients: 1 oz gin, 1 oz Campari, 1 oz sweet vermouth, orange peel for garnish

Instructions: Open the bottle of the pre-made Aperol Spritz and pour over ice in a wine glass. Add ¼ orange slice.

BLOODY MARY

Ingredients: 2 oz vodka, 4 oz tomato juice, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes hot sauce

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a celery stalk.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients: 2 oz vodka or Tequila, 1 oz cooled espresso, ½ pack of sugar

Instructions: Brew your Nespresso pod of choice into the bottom half of the cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka or tequila, and the half pack of sugar (or more depending on how sweet you prefer your drink). Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
